I never post reviews, but I feel compelled this time. Selling our home during the pandemic was something of a nightmare, but amid the general chaos Aslan remained always professional and responsive. He definitely went the extra mile. When things got complicated, he remained patient and didn’t over charge us even as the sale dragged on for much longer than anticipated. Without his help I am certain the sale would have fallen through. I’d absolutely recommend him as a solicitor.
Tina managed our house sale and purchase of a flat as we are downsizing. She was a delight to work with, keeping us fully briefed at each stage and remained professional, calm and thorough at all stages of the process. She was also excellent at explaining for us some of the more complex issues around leaseholds , service charges and other legal matters. CLC and Tina were recommended by a friend and we , in turn, recommend her without reservation to anyone reading this.
I used CLC Solicitors for a recent house sale and lease extension. The team there were superb. The advice and service I received throughout was clear, timely and professional, and they were always on hand to answer questions and address any issues. Their approach and professionalism was greatly appreciated – I just wish I had used them when purchasing! They were a pleasure to deal with – highly recommended.
